Organizing Campaigns & Representation
- When an entertainment guild/union instructs their members to refuse services until a collective bargaining agreement is in place, a crew walks out, or you are faced with a representation petition from the NLRB, we have been there to counsel, advise and represent clients so that their businesses are protected and any disruption is minimized.
Residuals Management
- We know residuals. We have advised and represented clients in helping decipher what residuals provisions apply; how to budget, calculate and pay residuals; how to budget and account for downstream Supplemental Markets fees; and have worked with clients in their handling of a variety of residuals audits and claims.
Negotiation
- We have extensive experience representing clients in guild/union negotiations ranging from single-project- only collective bargaining agreements to bespoke collective bargaining agreements that cover major areas of their businesses. Through our negotiation experience and professional relationships across the table, we know what is fair for our clients and how to achieve the best results.
