Court Approvals
- We handle the court approval process for child performer contracts in California, New York, Tennessee, and elsewhere every step of the way -- from the preparation of pleadings all the way through the attainment of a signed court order and subsequent required court filings.
- We work with producers on various issues involving the application and interpretation of child performer education requirements and working hours limitations across all types of productions. Where necessary and available, we work with state and guild/unions to obtain waivers.
